Best deals on trucks and more selection than other dealers. I drove by 2 other Ford dealerships on the way to buy my new truck!Update: have had my truck for over 3 years now and these guys and gals continue to provide service well above the bar.

Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership. We just moved to Alberta and I needed to get a vehicle since my husband is away often for work. I thought a Ford Explorer would be good for our purposes with 3 small children (one a baby) and found a used one at this dealership for a decent price. I thought that buying from a dealership would mean we would be getting an honest deal and not a vehicle with a bunch of hidden problems. I was completely wrong. I was told the vehicle was carefully inspected and given a list of inspections. They said it had been in an accident (after I signed the papers) but it was very minor and I shouldn't need a warranty. I've had to take the vehicle in so many times and it's a 35 minute drive. First problem: I got into the newly purchases vehicle (the seats were still wet since I had asked them to clean it since it smelled bad and they were a half hour behind on getting that finished) as I was driving it home (my clothes were wet by the time I got home) I noticed a rock chip on the windshield that hadn't been there when I test drove it. Both my father (he came along for the test drive) and myself would have noticed it since it was right in the driver's view. I called about it and they said simply that it must have been there all along and there was nothing they could do. Not a big deal but just annoying.Second problem: As part of the purchase agreement they had agreed to fix the shifter that was chipped. I set up the appointment and also asked if they could look at the air vents in the back since they weren't working. The salesman told me that I shouldn't worry about that since the shifter was the priority but he assured me he would speak with the repair team. When I was transferred to talk to the repair team I asked specifically if the salesman had mentioned the air vents not working. They said no but they would take a look for me. They took a look and said that nothing was wrong. My Dad went to pick up the vehicle for me and he examined the air vents and it was clear they weren't working. The repair team assured him they were. He drove off but then thought to try them again and they indeed were not working. He went back and they said that an appointment would need to be scheduled. It seems like they really do not know this type of vehicle well. We took it in again for the appointment and a pipe to the vents was out of place so they put it back and now it is working. I am thankful they included this fix but it took some pressure for them to do it. Also they said they would give a loaner car during the shifter repair but they never did.Third Problem: We took the vehicle for its first oil change since it said it needed one within a short time of purchase. The oil change crew said it has a leaking transfer case and they would fix it for 250$. I thought it strange that since the vehicle had been carefully inspected that this had not been noticed at the dealership. So we mentioned this issue when the vents were being fixed. They told us it would be 1200$ to fix but after we said that wasn't acceptable they said they could split the cost for 600$. We weren't happy with this price so my husband went to talk to the manager. The manager was in a meeting but would call us. There was a bit of phone tag before my husband was finally able to get to talk to someone but it was just the salesman who claimed to not know much about it. He told us the fix would cost 500$ but they would split it again for 375$ for us. (Not sure on his math but we thought the lower price was ok. I thought it best to be repaired at the dealership rather than an oil change place. Thinking they would do a better job.) They didn't want to give my husband a loaner car even though they had said they would for the 5 hour repair. He talked them into it and then they called us in the evening to pick up our Explorer. He drove the 35min again and the Explorer wouldn't even start. The mechanic was gone for the day and so he had to just come home with the loaner. We won't go back once we get our vehicle back. Other buyers beware!

The best place to buy any new or used vehicle. The staff goes above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend this dealership for purchasing or servicing your vehicle.

We went and Dealt with Daniel at Lagacy Ford Ponoka and he was very helpful and great to deal with, he helped us find what we were looking for! And the rest of the staff were great as well! I would recommend them to everyone!

We have used Trevor for years and have always have excellent service when dealing with him.
