I deal with these guys almost on a weekly basis, Ken always has an answer for me. Parts have always been as advertised. I don't look anywhere else for my salvage parts.

Called for a used mirror assy. Tabitha (if I remember her name correctly) is a complete c**t. She will not let you finish a sentence that would be an actual answer to her questions and then cops an attitude towards you as if she is levitating above the rest of mankind.Do yourself a favor and call somewhere else.
Over the past years I have had the privilege of working with the gentlemen at LKQ Ponoka. They convey a strong professional image and strive for excellence at all times. While I have dealt with most of the professional staff there, I would like to also mention that Luke seems to always find those exceptionally harder to find parts for me. Thank you to all the staff at LKQ.
Terrible customer service. Short chubby guy Ken was rude not only to me but the customer he was yelling at on the phone. I guess its ok at this business to talk to customers in a condescending way.
