Although I like my doctor here and the staff are quite friendly, each time I book an appointment to see my doctor, I wait in the waiting room no less than 25-50 minutes past my appointment. If you have things to do, make sure you put aside at least an hour for this place. I will be switching clinics.
Thus location is a joke this is were my family doctor is based out of. He as a doc is great but the rest of the organization is a joke. Walk in appointments are from 1-5 . I walk in at 2 pm and the lobby is less then 25% full and they tell me there full for the day. This is not the first time I've had this same result. I sure hope this gets delt with. Severe back pain for nearly a decade; got to the point of needing help. Dr. Gilbert started treating me about 2 years ago. Began with pain management and monitoring. Scheduled me for tests and performed followups. Finally after 2 years of living better, I'm happy to say I am pain free! Definitely having the right prescriptions at the right times over this period has allowed me to reactivate my exercising regimes and heal. Glad to be off meds and moving normally again. Totally different person now.
Doctors are good, but for walk-in they should give everyone a number, so that when its 1:00 o'clock, everyone is not running towards the desk trying to take the first spot. Which is kinda stupid given that someone came half an hour later than you, He goes first and you are still waiting to be called. Its not hard to leave some number stickers so that everyone take one, and be like civilized people.
