The beds were extremely comfortable, the pillows were amazing (what kind are they? I want to buy some for my own bedroom!). The front desk gals were great and the free breakfasts were fantastic. I would definitely stay again. Ron.

We stayed there with a sports team and the customer service was great! We needed access to a small room for a short period of time and the front desk was completely accommodating! We usually choose CanAlta because of their fantastic customer service. The rooms are always clean and we never have any issues. Highly recommend this hotel.
Beautiful hotel, and the staff (especially the gal at the front desk) was extremely personable & pleasant. She wished us a good time at the wedding and inquired the next day how it was. She also wished us a good trip home. She is awesome at her job!
We are always made to feel special when we stay there. By far it is my favourite hotel, room and staff of anywhere I have stayed in the world. The employee on crutches (I'm so sorry, your name escapes me) is your star staff. She was out washing windows in weather that I can only compare to Siberia. She was multi tasking like a rockstar. She made me accommodations at another hotel, as Ponoka was booked. She really went above and beyond. I couldn't say enough about her. Rooms were spotless, and the pool was nice and clean. Recommend to everyone to stay there.
