Special shanghai noodles are excellent!
We have not been to Ponoka often so we looked up some restaurants to go to. We picked this place out because of some of the reviews. Do not let the outside of the place fool you (or the inside for that matter). We ordered from the menu because we missed the buffet times and our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was hot and fresh and was very tasty. Everyone enjoyed it. In the end it was a very positive experience.
Great fresh food on buffet!
Best Chinese food in town. Weve tried every restaurant in town and this is still our go to place when nobody feels like cooking. A little bit pricey but so is everybody else. Takes about 30+ for your food but thats better than having it pre cooked and sitting there underneath a light waiting for it to be ordered. Staff are very good. English obviously isnt their first language but they try very hard, and do a good job. Was going to give 4 1/2 stars but cannot, so the only reason for 4 stars is the price, and extra charges if you want something different than what comes standard in a dinner package.
